4 Activities for Brain Healthy


 
Like the body, the brain also needs exercise to develop. Given brain exercises regularly will undoubtedly remain sharp throughout the ages.
 
To remain in good mental condition, do this simple exercise for the brain as below on a regular basis.

1. Try new activities

Perform activities that require steps to memorize the complex will help train the brain, such as playing chess.

2. Reduce the use of your dominant hand

A good way to strengthen the brain is trying to focus your energy in performing the task accurately by hand, other than the dominant hand. Use the left or right hand if you move the mouse left-handed to your computer or write letters.

3. Always involve the brain

Try to train your brain to fill in puzzles or challenging the brain by reading a classic novel is difficult.

4. Video games

Try playing the type of video game that has been designed to help train your brain. Find video games that stimulate your brain by making you solve mathematical equations, calculate the speed, or drawing.
